Rio Miner is the Founder of FCI Tradecraft and a financial crimes leader with 20+ years at the intersection of investigations, risk, and compliance. A former U.S. Army Infantry and Intelligence officer, he went on to lead AML investigations and build enterprise training programs at major institutions, giving him a frontline view of where financial crime programs break and how to fix them.

Today, Rio trains banks, fintechs, and government teams to think like investigators. He teaches practical tradecraft: the clicks, sources, and methods used to detect criminal activity, make risk-based decisions, and produce actionable intelligence. In a rapidly evolving threat environment, his mission is simple: build operators who can keep up.
