U.H. Rio Miner, Founder
Rio has been fighting financial crime since a suprise assignment to investigate check fraud as a young US Army Infantry Lieutenant in 2000. Finishing his career as a Military Intelligence officer led him to meaningful work investigating money laundering for Wells Fargo in 2008. Since then, he has dedicated his professional practice to learning and teaching the art of financial crimes investigation in its many forms. FCI Tradecraft began with peer mentorship among Rio's network and has grown dramatically since its early form.
